Port San Nicolas

With the intention of preserving Santa Martha Bay’s splendor, world-renowned marina architects François Spoerry and Xavier Bohl have conceived a genuine Marina Village to be situated in the bay area.

As a result, the Port San Nicolas Marina Village will offer:

• Typical sailor’s houses (prime waterfront captain villas with a private mooring);
• An animated village square, centered around the port, including a boulevard lined with shopping arcades, inviting restaurants, a commercial marketplace, an oecumenical chapel and yachting facilities.

Project phasing has been carefully developed to complete construction proportionately with sales in a manageable time frame. A just balance between construction management and on-site residents, along with their service requirements, is envisaged.

The initial development phase of Port San Nicolas offers a unique allotment of 58 unequalled waterfront lots at the outskirt of this Marina Village, which will have full access to the latter’s facilities.
